Probation Suspect Makes K-9 Fly Out a Window

Fontana, California – Police canine suffers brain injury after probation suspect supposedly tosses dog out a window. KTLA  reports the incident occurred on Sunday evening at  95000 Mango Ave.

Fontana authorities mention probation suspect Brian Bill, 28,  did not cooperate with officers during arrest. Fontana police sent Jaris up the room to capture Bill.

As Jaris approached Bill, the exact force from jaris’ jump led Bills to push the dog off a two story building. The Canine landed on cement floor gushing blood from its’ nose, stumbling.

Police drove Jaris on  patrol car to a Veterinary Hospital for a urgent check up. Jaris suffers from brain injury and bruises. Reportedly, Bill fought police officers until he was defeated and arrested.

KTLA reports Bill is charged with refusal of arrest, “suspicion of violating parole”, and attacking a police canine.
